Some exciting news for Apeiron Logger this week! We have heard all your feedback and are working through the list. The biggest feedback we heard was about projects and how it can be confusing have two, one for Apeiron Design Studio and one for Apeiron Logger, so we have combined and linked these two project.
The benefits of this mean you have a single project for all of Apeiron and mean you can complete analysis using Draft or Work in Progress investigations within the design studio.
There are now two ways to create a Logger project through Logger and through the Apeiron Project below shows you the creation flow for each method.
Creating and Adding Logger to a Project from Apeiron
1. Log into https://apeiron.infinitystudio.ai/ and navigation to the projects list by clicking on the folder icon on the left hand menu.
2. Either create a project or search for an exisiting project
3. Find the relevant stage or add a new stage
4. Select "Add Logger" under the Site Hub section to add a Logger Module. This will navigate you to the Logger Web Page where you can add investigations and start logging.
Creating Projects from Logger
1. Navigate to Logger, either from the web or from a phone or tablet
From the web select the forth icon down on the left hand menu
2. From here you can create a project, on the web you will have the option to create a new project or select an exisiting project that has been created, and you can follow the above flow to create a project.
From a phone or tablet you can download and open the Logger application.
On the application you will only be able to create a project at this stage. If you are online you will see all projects with a Logger Module and can use those. If you are offline you can create projects and log to that project.
3. Select 'Create Logger Project' and fill in the required information. Once you have created your project you can create and log the investigations
In progress investigations
All boreholes created in logger will now show on the map and 'in progress investigations' shown in pink that will be on the GIS viewer where users can see that they are in progress and see the person who is logging the investigation. These investigations visible to all users of the organisation, but are only able to be used and selected in the relevant project.
When you click on the in progress points outside of the project you can see the following information
Within a project you can select and use these in progress boreholes
