There are two methods for adding users to your organisation. You can either send an invite to individual email addresses or setup a verified domain. Unless you only want specific members of your organisation using Apeiron, we recommend setting up a verified domain.
To get started with both methods, click on your account in the top right hand corner of Apeiron which will open a dropdown. You can then click on the Organisation Settings option in this dropdown to visit the organisation management page.
You can find instructions below for inviting specific members of your organisation and instructions further down this page for setting up a verified domain.
Invite a Specific User
To add a specific user to your Apeiron organisation visit the Members option on the left and then click on the Invitations tab. The Invitations tab will only appear if you are an admin of your current organisation. If you are not an admin, please contact one of the admins in your organisation to either make you an admin or send an invitation for you.
You will then be able to enter or paste the emails of one or more users that you want to add to your organisation and assign a role for them. Only admins can access the organisation management page. Upon clicking the send invitations button, each of the emails that you entered will be sent an invite.
Upon accepting their email invitation each of these users will be prompted to create an account if they don't already have one. Upon completing the creation of their account they will be automatically added to your organisation.
Setting up a Verified Domain
If you don't want to manually add users to your organisation, you can instead set up a verified domain.
Once inside the organisation management page click on the Settings option on the left. You will then see a list of your verified domains. This list will only appear if you are an admin of your current organisation. If you are not an admin, please contact one of the admins in your organisation to either make you an admin or set up the verified domain for you.
Click the Add domain button.
Enter the domain that you would like to add to your organisation and then click continue. For example, if the work emails in your organisation are of the format firstnamelastname@yourorganisation.com then if you add yourorganisation.com as a domain, then anybody in your organisation you signs up to Apeiron with an email that ends in yourorganisation.com will automatically get added to your organisation. 🙌
You will then be asked to verify this domain. To do this, enter an email address that uses this domain and click continue. An email will then be sent to that email address with a verification code. Please check your inbox for an email from Infinity Studios. If you can not find this email then please check your spam folder. Enter that code and continue.
You will then be able to choose an enrolment option for this domain. Click save once you have chosen an option and it will be applied right away.
You can change the enrolment option or remove a domain entirely at any time by clicking on the domain from inside of the Settings option on the left.
You can add multiple domains to an organisation.
You can still send invitations to specific users regardless of if they are in one of your verified domains.
Accepting Requests to Join Your Organisation
If you have set up a domain for your organisation with the automatic suggestions enrolment option selected, then when a user from your domain creates an account with Apeiron they will be prompted to send a request to join your organisation.
To view your pending requests and to accept or decline them visit the Members option on the left and then click on the Requests tab. The Requests tab will only appear if you are an admin of your current organisation. If you are not an admin, please contact one of the admins in your organisation to either make you an admin or accept the request for you.
